Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Free shipping to European Union*, United Kingdom, Russian Federation,United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Philippines,Hong Kong of China, Taiwan of China, Macau of China and neighborhood of China.
2. Other area, to determine the applicable shipping rate and time for items in your Cart.
3. We do not charge VAT or customs duty to any customers.
* The European Union(EU) countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Usually, e-bikes cannot be shipped to Cyprus and Malta due to the large battery capacity.
